1) Where This Policy Applies

  • This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States only
  • We do not support international returns
  • All returns must be processed by mail only (we do not operate physical retail locations)

2) Return Window (14 Days)

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible

3) Eligibility for Returns

A) Non-Defective Items (Change of Mind)

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Suitable for resale

For apparel:

  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • Tags must remain attached

B) Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 14 days
  • Provide your order number
  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will review and provide a resolution (replacement or refund).

C) Proof of Purchase

Required for all returns:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Order number

4) Return Process (Mail Only)

Step 2: Approval

We will review your request and reply with:

  • Return Authorization (RA)
  • Return instructions

We will explain the reason, such as:

  • Request outside the 14-day window
  • Item not in acceptable condition
  • Missing proof of purchase
  • Insufficient information

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack items securely
  • Include all original components
  • Ship only after approval
  • Keep your tracking receipt

5) Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping cost: Customer responsibility
  • Restocking fee: $0 (no fee)

You may use any carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Issued to the original payment method (via Stripe)

Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

7) Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the 14-day window.

  • Customer covers return shipping
  • Price differences will be adjusted accordingly

8) Non-Returnable Situations

We may refuse returns if:

  • Items are worn, washed, or damaged by use
  • Tags are removed (for apparel)
  • Items are incomplete or missing parts
  • Return request is outside the allowed timeframe
