5) Authorization Holds

Some banks may place a temporary authorization hold when you place an order.

  • This is not a completed charge
  • Holds are typically released automatically based on your bank’s policy

If an order is canceled, the hold will be removed accordingly.

6) Refunds & Payment Method

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Card payments → returned to the original card
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay → returned to the original payment source

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
