1) Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We accept valid U.S. residential and commercial addresses
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time

2) Order Cut-Off & Handling (Processing)

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles)

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT may begin processing the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will be processed the next handling day

Handling time: 1–3 business days
Handling days: Monday–Saturday (Sunday not included)

Handling includes:

  • Order verification
  • Quality check (especially for apparel sizing & packaging)
  • Packing and carrier handoff

You will receive:

  • Order confirmation after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking once shipped

3) Transit Time (Delivery Time)

Transit time: 3–5 business days after shipment
Transit days: Monday–Saturday

Estimated total delivery time: 4–8 business days (handling + transit)

Delays may occur due to:

  • High-demand periods (sales, seasonal spikes in activewear orders)

4) Shipping Fee

(No minimum purchase required)

5) Carriers & Tracking

We ship via:

  • Tracking number will be provided once your order ships
  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier system and may take time to appear

Carrier selection is based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Service availability

6) Exceptions & Common Issues

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may be responsible for reshipping fees

Damaged or Defective Items
While activewear and sports gear are generally durable, issues can still happen.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Clear photos of packaging and product
